• It can save you the hassle of stating your delivery and billing addresses each time you order.
• You only need to make the payment once a month with we reconcile and send you a monthly statement. No more running out of petty cash!
• You get to enjoy good credit terms of 15 days from the date of monthly statement.
• Receive the latest updates on special offers exclusively for you.

How do I place my order?

Get anyone who loves ordering food on your company’s behalf to order by calling us or filling in the online order form. We will then contact you to confirm and verify your order details.

What is the delivery fee?

It is FREE if your order amount is $100 and above or $10 delivery charge will be imposed.

When can I sign up and start ordering?

Fill in the corporate delivery account form and email it to us at order@thesoupery.com or drop it at any of our outlets. Next, start ordering via phone or online!

 We deliver everyday, Monday to Sunday from 11am to 10pm. Please allow 1 hour for delivery.

 The Soupery Pte Ltd’s delivery services are hired by the customers under the following terms and conditions:

Order Acceptance

No order is considered binding until it is confirmed by The Soupery Pte Ltd.

• Orders must be placed by phone, website or email for a minimum order of $100 (any lower total amount must be authorized by The Soupery’s management). Website and emailed orders will be confirmed by phone.
• Orders above $200 or for special order platter must be placed at least 1 working day in advance.
• There is strictly no refund, change or cancellation once the order has been made and confirmed.
• It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure all orders placed in their name are authorized and correct.
• All deliveries must be checked and signed for by the customers at the time of delivery. The customer’s signature and company stamp shall be deemed to be an acknowledgement and acceptance by the customer for the delivery of a complete order. The Soupery reserves the right to bill the customers if any part of the order is rejected without any good reason.

Delivery

We will aim to provide you with your ordered items as close as possible within the estimated delivery time. The Soupery will ensure that the customer is fully informed of any delays due to unforeseen circumstances.

Payment Terms

• All payments are on cash on delivery until the corporate account application is approved by The Soupery Pte Ltd.
• The Soupery reserved the right in its sole discretion to accept, refuse or to terminate any corporate account application at any time.
• Customers with approved credit application will receive monthly invoice which will list all orders placed in the preceding month with outstanding amount due to The Soupery. Customer must revert if there are any discrepancies and pay outstanding amount within 14 days from the date of the invoice.
• Interest of 5% per month will automatically be levied after 14 days from the date of invoice.

 Menu
Whilst every effort will be made to produce to exact menu agreed, in the event of particular ingredient or item on the menu is not available, we will replace with an item of equivalent quality and value. Any revisions will be
notified and agreed between both parties prior to delivery.

Storage

We ensure the food supplied is maintained in appropriate storage conditions prior to delivery. The Soupery cannot be held responsible for any deterioration or damages of the food supplied after the time of delivery.
