Where do you deliver to?

We deliver everywhere in Singapore. However, we only deliver for orders above $100.

When is my food going to be delivered?

We will process your orders immediately and race them out to you, but we want to ensure the safety of our delivery guy too. So please allow at least 45 minutes upon confirmation.

What if my food comes late?

We try really, really hard to have them delivered on time. We will update you should any unforeseen situation arises that may delay the delivery. Should your food arrive later, please contact us, and we’ll make the situation right.

Would my soup be still warm when it arrives?

We pack your soups in a heat resistance foam bowls that retain heat and keep it warm. However if you like your soups really hot, you can always zap it with microwave in a microwave-safe container. It is not advisable to warm it in the foam bowls.

Can I pre-order and self collect at your outlet?

Yes, just drop us an email at order@thesoupery.com and specify name, telephone number and time of collection. We will aim to pack your items close to your collection time. No more queuing and waiting!

How can I change/cancel my order?

Well, yes and no. Contact us immediately if you want to change/cancel your order. Once we’ve called you back for confirmation, the order is final.

Do you guys cater? Can I order in bulk for an event?

Yes. we do! We can design a menu based on your requirements. If you’ve got specific questions about a particular event, just email us at order@thesoupery.com or thesoupery@gmail.com .

I have a question about my bill. What shall I do?

Please email order@thesoupery.com  and we will get things right.
